Andrew J. Willms
Andrew J. Willms is the founder of Willms-O'Leary, S.C. Andy currently serves the law firm and its clients in an "of counsel" capacity.
Andy is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and Florida. He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business (1984), and both his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, and Master of Laws Degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami College of Law (1985).
Andy is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Florida Bar, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”). He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, and has received an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Rating Service. This widely respected industry rating is based on the confidential recommendations made by members of the Bar and Judiciary. An AV rating is the highest an attorney can receive. In addition, Andy has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for his professional achievement in the areas of Trusts and Estates. Andy is married with three children and resides with his family in Grafton, Wisconsin. His hobbies include running, car collecting, and racing vintage sports cars.
